Titolo: Galois algebras
Abstract: Galois algebras are natural generalizations of Galois extensions and have been discovered in the 1940s in connection with embedding problems, which in turn are motivated by the inverse Galois problem. The talk will give an overview of these topics and discuss cohomological invariants of such algebras.
