Three selection procedures are open to assigning students at the University of Milan-Bicocca, tutoring assignments for freshmen.
The Peer-to-Peer Tutoring Service is performed by senior students for freshmen entering the university environment for the first time. The aim is to support them in a complex moment of transition: the change of approach to study, different relationships with lecturers, the absence of daily monitoring of educational activities, new parameters and ways of measuring results, independence and responsibility in their choices and in the management of their time.
Tutors, supervised by a Coordination Team, will support new students to encourage university socialisation, a formative and satisfying academic experience and consequently a reduction in dropouts.

Applications must be submitted no later than Monday, June 23 at 12 pm.
