Program dedicated to recent graduates from any academic background
Intesa Sanpaolo launched the 3rd edition of the SLAM International Graduate Program, an exclusive program for recent graduates who want a dynamic, global professional experience.
Selected candidates will be hired on a permanent contract and will begin a 24-month career path that combines professional development with a strong international perspective.
The program offers:
- Permanent employment contract from the beginning
- A structured 24-month path within the company
- Job rotation: the opportunity to undertake up to three cross-functional job rotations in strategic areas of the Group
- Excellent education: a training program developed in partnership with one of the most prestigious international Business Schools
- International exposure: the opportunity to work in multicultural environments and on cross-border projects
The selection procedure consists of many steps, will be conducted remotely through digital channels and will conclude with a Contest Day in person on 18 May in Milan. The selected candidates are expected to start work in July 2026.
The requirements for applying for the position are as follows:
- Master's Degree (or Bachelor's Degree plus a post-graduate qualification) in any discipline obtained no earlier than January 2024
- High final grade
- Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2 level according to the QCER)
- Availability from the end of the first semester of 2026
Applications will be open from 24 February to 17 March.
