On 11 november 2026 TIM will open the doors of its Milan Innovation Lab where you can put your skills to the test and gain hands-on experience with the ICT solutions they are developing for the digitalisation of Italy.
You will hear from TIM professionals including young women who, like you, pursued a STEM education and are now working at the company.
It will also be a great opportunity to speak with the recruitment team about career openings within the TIM Group.
Connecting with the next generation, promoting female talent in STEM, and building tangible links between universities and the professional world.
With these goals in mind TIM continues its Innovation Lab Experience - Women in STEM initiative designed specifically for female university students in STEM fields.
