Saturday 10 October at 2:30 pm, in Room U6-11 (U6 Building | Piazza dell'Ateneo Nuovo 1, Milano), the first session of Maths Circles will take place, a new initiative primarily aimed at students in lower secondary school and the first two years of upper secondary school.

The sessions will provide students who are curious about mathematics with a space to tackle problems, explore strategies, discuss their ideas and seek solutions together, using an approach distinct from standard classroom activities.

This is not a competition preparation course and no advanced mathematical background is required: the initiative is open to any student interested in challenging themselves and discovering new aspects of mathematics.

The Math Circles are organised at the University of Milano-Bicocca in collaboration with We Solve Problems and will take place on Saturdays.

Further information and updates regarding the initiative will be provided during the session.
