INdAM INTENSIVE SESSION / BIMESTRE INTENSIVO
  Groups and Geometries
  Milan, May - June, 2000



This is the official page announcing  a two-month INdAM Session on Groups and Geometries covering a wide variety of research areas within group theory and related geometries. The session will take place from May  to June at the Dipartimento di Matematica e Applicazioni, Università degli Studi di Milano - Bicocca, U7 Building, 2nd Floor, Room 285 "Aula Tesi" at the Statistics Department.

The organizing committee consists of M. Aschbacher, C. Casolo, L. Di Martino, W. Kantor,  A. Pasini and B. Stellmacher.  In addition, R. Guralnick, A. Seress and M. Liebeck, G. Seitz will be involved in arrangements for weeks 1 and 2, respectively.

The program will consist of courses of research lectures and a limited number of invited lectures.  If you are interested in attending one or more weeks, please contact one of the organizers.
